Discrepancy in data display

Hello,

I have data that displays varying figures for the same information.

When I want to verify the number of unsubscribed individuals from my list using the “Segment” feature, I obtain one figure - 1868, but if I refer to the list growth report, I receive a different number - 219.
Could you tell me why ?

I wonder which timeframe you’re using on the list growth report? Since your segment is look over all time, just want to ensure the timeframes align. Additionally, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the segment definition?
