Do paid accounts have access to live chat?

Why is it that i have no access to chat support when on the paid plan it says that I am eligible for this service

Welcome to the Community! Sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues!

Yes, all paid accounts to have access to chat! If for some reason you’re having trouble accessing chat or you account I would submit a request asking for account access to find more account specific information!

Never mind. I see the virtual assistant finally dropped me into the live chat after it could not help me.
