Do Shopify Reviews Integrate with Klaivyo?
Hello,
The client is using Shopify reviews and am wondering what others have done with that data? Does it integrate at all with Klaviyo?
Best,

Hey Erika, Welcome to the community! Regarding your question shopify reviews don't directly connect with Klaviyo, but you have options:
-
Manual Export/Import: Download Shopify review data as CSV, then import into Klaviyo as a custom property for segmentation.
-
Klaviyo Reviews App (Recommended): Use Klaviyo's own app for customers to submit reviews directly within Klaviyo for seamless integration.
-
Third-Party Apps (Use with Caution): Explore Shopify app store options, but proceed cautiously due to potential security risks and limitations.
Hope this helps!
