Does a body armor brand fall under SHAFT?

Hello,

Working for a potential client that’s main product is personal use body armor. Some of their less popular items do fall under the SHAFT prohibited category.

Firearms

Including:

  • Fireworks
  • Explosives
  • Firearm accessories
  • Ammo
  • Holsters
  • Targets
  • Lessons
  • Depictions of violence

So, my big question is. Would this brand be prohibited from ALL SMS sending per Klaviyo’s T&S? Or just messaging promoting said products?

My gut says ALL, but I just wanted to see what the community has to say

Thank you,

Hello @ZacharyK,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

If a brand sells any products that are prohibited by SHAFT, then they would be ineligible to use SMS to send any messages.
