The marketing emails I get from kraken.com all have S/MIME certificated attached to them, and it shows up with a check mark next to the name

Unfortunately we do not support S/MIME, nor do we have plans to. I can't offer a workaround, as we don't have tools that can support this type of use. I don't like to leave you without options, but I don't want to offer a half baked idea that won't accomplish your goals.
