Domain Reputation Sudden Drop after Applying DMAR SPF DKIM

Hi,

After recent update of DMARC we are facing deliverability issue, We applied the settings on the start of Feb 2024, and from the day after our domain reputation dropped from high to bad, that was shocking.

Also, in new google postmaster, another error “From Header Alignment” is visible, we checked all the settings and found no issues in anything. Is any of you have idea to resolve this issue.

Hiya @Noman023! Looks like something is misaligned but should be a simple fix if everything else is set up properly. Can you send an email to yourself via a Gmail inbox and show me the dropdown menu in the header where it shows “to youremail”? I’d also like to take a look at your default sender address in your Klaviyo settings.
