Don't receive emails

Hey!

I have a number of e-mail flows (Abandonment cart, Welcome series, etc...) but the customer does not receive an e-mail for this, while the e-mail is live in my flow. How can I solve this?

Thank you so much for reaching out, sorry to hear that your customers are not receiving your marketing.

There’s a lot that could cause a flow to not trigger/activate. I would recommend checking out our Troubleshooting a flow article which offers a guided form that walks you through troubleshooting some common causes.

In my experience, some of the main reasons why flows aren’t triggering are:

Your account is new and no one has qualified for them yet
The flows are not set Live
Smart sending is enabled
You have flow or trigger filters in place that is prevent people from qualifying for the flow
