Hi there - I want to provide a free download via an instagram link but to do so, I want to capture their details on Klaviyo - so how do a integrate a PDF download to be sent, once the user has submitted email address to be added to the database?
Please note - I do not wish for it to be a pop out on the website - I already have this for 10% off for new customers. This is to be a totally separate link / downloadable.

Thanks for the question. Unfortunately, attachments like PDFs are unable to be added to Klaviyo emails, as they can have an impact on email deliverability. In order to send your new customers a PDF, you’d need to include a link in your email that takes people to a PDF hosted on your website (or somewhere else online).
To set this up, you’d create a flow triggered by the list somebody enters when they provide you with their email address. From there, add an email to the flow, and add a link to the PDF’s location in the email. Set the flow live, and people should receive the email with the link when they sign up. I understand this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, but it’s the current best solution. Let me know if I can provide any more info or help in any other way!

Ah ok, so once I have captured their details, in the email reply, I can then create a separate link.
