I have read all of the help files on this and cannot figure out why my emails are not going into my list, therefore my email flows are not working. Any help appreciated.

So if I understand correctly the sync between Klaviyo and Shopify is working. All shopify profiles (including emailaddress) are ending up in Klaviyo but you're not seeing anyone being added to the list.
One thing to check is under integrations (https://www.klaviyo.com/integration/shopify) and make sure that you've checked the boxes for email subscribers and have a list connected to it (same for SMS).
