Email Addresses from Shopify not going to List in Klaviyo - only profiles

I have read all of the help files on this and cannot figure out why my emails are not going into my list, therefore my email flows are not working. Any help appreciated.

So if I understand correctly the sync between Klaviyo and Shopify is working. All shopify profiles (including emailaddress) are ending up in Klaviyo but you're not seeing anyone being added to the list.

 

One thing to check is under integrations (https://www.klaviyo.com/integration/shopify) and make sure that you've checked the boxes for email subscribers and have a list connected to it (same for SMS).

Hi Sheila, welcome to the community.

 

Would you able to provide more info on this:

  • Where are the emails you’re expecting to be in the list coming from? (ie. sign up form? checkout? etc..)
  • Is the Shopify integration working (are you seeing events recorded)? Link to troubleshoot
  • In the header here you wrote, “only profiles”, what do you mean by that?
