Most of my flows occasionally skip profiles, even with Smart Sending disabled. Can anyone shed any light on why this is happening?

You can check to see why profiles are skipped by viewing the details in the performance section of each email. 

From there, go to recipient activity and scroll down to 'skipped.' This will show you the profiles that were skipped, along with a dropdown menu to filter by the different reasons. 

Once you figure out the reasons, I’m happy to answer any additional questions you may have on how to fix this!
