Error saving cropped image

I'm trying to crop an image into a circle and it simply is not working. I can crop fine using any of the other options (rectangle, square, etc.),  but the circle simply won't save at all. I have a spinning wheel and then an error message pops up stating: 'Error saving cropped image'. Any idea how to proceed here? I’m on Chrome, there are no cookies to delete.

The issue still happened with a different image and still happened in a new template. The only way I was able to solve the issue was by reducing the image size to even further below the threshold to import. None of the forums or help guides indicate any sort of guidelines for minimal sizes for cropping into circles. Not sure if this is a bug or simply a restriction from the program itself.

Thanks for posting! I understand how frustrating that is.

Have you making an entirely new campaign and seeing if the problem is related directly to the current campaign that you are working? Sometimes with Klaviyo updates, past campaign templates can get a little glitchy and do not function as well. About every 6 months I refresh the templates that I use to reflect all of the updates Klaviyo is making.

Additionally, have you tried with a different image? The specific image might be corrupted or not respond to that particular crop. Sometimes resaving the image in a different format (from jpg to png) can fix a problem.

Can you try opening an incognito browser or a different browser entirely (if you’re using Chrome, try Safari) and confirm if the issue persists?
