Error when exporting Klaviyo template into Shopify

Hi,

I’m trying to export my Klaviyo designed emails into Shopify. I have saved as templates in Klaviyo and am exporting the HTML over. However when I try and save and view in Shopify I receive an error message as shown below:

Please could someone tell me if this is and issue with Klaviyo or something I need to seek help with on Shopify?

Because this is a server error with shopify you will need to reach out to Shopify Support.

I am having the same issue, Shopify said its Klavyo’s problem to fix? has anyone figured out how to fix this problem?

I am going through the same issue. Contacted support and both Shopify and Klaviyo are playing the blame game on each other. It’s frustrating.
