Excluding specific emails of a segment

Hello everybody! I have one little question I’m trying to figure it out if I can exclude some specific emails in my segment because even after filtering there are some emails I would like to exclude, can I manually do that?

Thank you for writing in, I’d be happy to help!

If you are referring to a specific email address, you can exclude these from your segment by adding the following definition -

“ Properties about someone → Email doesn’t equal abc@gmail.com”

This will exclude certain email addresses from your segment.

Can we exclude emails matching a certain format? e.g. sri123**@gmail.com

What I want to do is exclude all the emails whose first 6 characters are sri123 and whose domain is gmail.com.

Is it possible?

Hi @Agrawal ,

Yes, you can exclude profiles from a segment based on a profiles’ properties such as email! See the screenshot below as you you can use the email property section to do so!
