Hoping someone can help answer this. We’re trying to setup Extended ID for Magento within Klaviyo, but so far the only identifier I’ve found is s_vi

I don’t know the custom identifier / key for Magento. Anyone have any ideas?

Apologies for the late reply! If your Magento store is already integrated with Klaviyo through our native Magento/Magento 2 integration, you won’t need to add any extra identifiers in order for extended ID to work. Enabling custom identifiers are only necessary if you’re looking to use any other pixel tracking solutions in tandem with extended ID.
As long as you’ve followed the first 5 steps in the article, Klaviyo will begin to track and hold the cookies of your Magento subscribers for up to 1 year, with no other action needed. Let me know if this helps, or if there are any other questions I can answer!
