Flows are not sending

I don’t believe any of my flows are sending and I don’t know why.  This one should send to every person that places an order with us but it has only sent 4 times in 365 days.  It should have sent at least 36 times in the last 6 months. Also it seems like in the 4 times it did send it was not correct.  First time buyers should follow the yes flow but everyone seems to be following the no flow no matter what.

Hello everyone.  Thank you all for your help I was able to figure out the problem. According to this Klaviyo help article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/7000906101019

Order must have a status of or 4 to trigger a Placed Order event

Around June, I created a custom status so my orders did not have a status of  2 or 4.  Now that I have moved all of my past orders to the 4 status the flow is working now.

The only down side is I didn’t think about the fact that the flow triggers when the order enters the status not when the order was actually shipped so a lot of customer got emails yesterday lol.  I guess that is not a terrible this since it’s close to the holidays anyway.  Perhaps it will remind someone to shop at my site.

    Hey @Inspired 4 U

May I ask how the conditional splits are setup? what definitions have you used?

Also let me know if you are using any flow filters or trigger filters?

Ok this flow is supposed to reminder shopper who haven’t purchased in a while to purchase.

Here is the whole set up:

    Here is the first trigger

    Trigger of the flow

    Here is the first split

If someone has not ordered within the last 30 days, they should enter the flow

    Second split

This split is to see if an SMS should be sent of an email.  If yes customer will receive SMS if no customer will receive email

Please let me know if any more information is needed.

Following up along with @ArpitBanjara here, everything seems right to me.  Can you click on the “Placed Order” metric here and see if you have any activity for that event?  Is it possible you’re not using the correct “Placed Order” event?

Also, have you tried clicking on the “Preview Trigger” (click on the first Trigger Action) like here:

And it should show some recent events (assuming we have the correct event) and it should explain how people are entering the Flow.  Let us know!

It seems that all activity stopped after June but I am currently getting orders. Also can you explain what you mean by “using the correct “Placed Order” event”? I thought there was only one Place order event.  I no longer use Shopify I only use Shift4 Shop.

    Hey @Inspired 4 U

sometimes if it is a custom integration or if you switched ecommerce platforms, it is possible that the old placed order metric is still in in klaviyo but is no longer working.

Try to place a test order and see if klaviyo records this event.

It does not.  I am still getting orders to the site weekly and other has updated.  How do I get Klaviyo to update the metrics.
