Flows ignoring the is not in list

Hello I have several flows that are created to entice customers to join our Trade program, within the profile filters of the Trigger I have selected to not send emails to anyone already in our trade program. However, it continue to send out emails to profiles that are in the specified list. Anybody know why? I have attached a screenshot of the filters

Hi @Warble,

You’ll likely need to adjust the second condition to be AND instead of OR. That’ll ensure that if any profile is included in either the “Trade Subscribers” list or the “TRADE - OLD SIGNUPS & CODE USE” list, they’ll be ineligible to enter the flow.

It also seems to ignore list inclusions or exclusions when using zaps as well
