We are attempting to create more dynamic email flows and offer unique coupons. Please advise if there are any solutions. There is a blog post from 3 years ago, wasn’t sure if Klaviyo had finally fixed this issue.

This HELP ARTICLE has been recently updated, and I think it should provide you with a solution.
While creating unique, dynamic coupons from within Klaviyo should only work for Shopify and Magento 1 and 2, you can still do this via WooCommerce by uploading unique coupons manually.
The article I linked to explains this process in detail. Also note the tips on uploading coupons section, as it has a few pieces of important that pre-emptively address frequently asked questions about this process.
