Forms with built-in conditional split logic

Hi

Hopefully someone has experience of this, and can point me in the right direction.

I’m are looking for a form tool with built-in conditional split logic. It needs to be integratable with Klaivyo.

I want to create a form, where question 2 depends on the answer to question 1.

Anyone who happens to know a form tool where this is possible?

To achieve this, you need an app that supports skip logic. I often use Typeform, which is good and has a close integration with Klaviyo, but others will also support skip logic; I’ve also used Octane AI for Shopify, which pushes responses to Klaviyo.
