Gender segmentation on the pop up form

Question

A way to do gender segmentation on the pop up form? Say they check a box if they are shopping for mens or womens? Profile property to use?

Hey there!If you are looking tocollect this information in a step of the pop-up,you can drop in the Radio Button into your Form and where it it shows to select a profile property, you can create a new one to store that information in.Also just a note that Klaviyo has predictive analytics on Gender stored for users that you can filter from in a segment as well. It wouldn’t be 100% accurate as your radio button though where the user selects it themselves.

To make using the forms and navigating the whole Klaviyo profile properties a bit better please check these 2 articlesProfile properties referenceUnderstanding Forms and blocksFurthermore, what we've found to be really helpful is instead of using a radio button to have 2 buttons as a call to action - with man or women.As for the profile property you can create one yourself and call it Gender. When adding new profile properties, please keep the same case (upper or lower) and stick to it.
