Getting 5xx response...

Hello, when I try to integrate Klaviyo Prestashop I get this

What can I do?

Also in website I see this error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 422 () klaviyo.js:1

and when I refresh I get this:

Usually a 5XX error results from a server connection issue from the host to Klaviyo. However, I would recommend checking in and filing a Support ticket since our team can check our backlogs under your account to get better info on what might be going on exactly.
