Hi, I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing problems with all the emails being delivered to the gmail promotional tab since 11/15/2024.

Google uses it’s own advanced algorithms to categorise incoming emails. See Klaviyo’s article on it here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005078307#h_01HR59H0269SRVB0KQF7DV9XHX
Some articles will suggest there are ways of circumventing this, however, Google is always smarter than us.
