GoDaddy and Branded Sending Domain

Hello,

I started the process of adding the recommended NS Records to my GoDaddy account but I was curious...will adding the Klaviyo NS records affect the email that we use for our daily operations? Am I better off going with the static option? Thanks for any insights!

Hey @thegiraffefactory! Setting up your subdomain NS records will not affect your regular email operations on your root domain (like support@yourdomain.com). This is a huge reason why you’re changing the records in the first place!

However, this is a separate issue than whether you use the Static or Dynamic routing option. Klaviyo recommends the Dynamic option when possible, but Static will also work just fine.
