Hard & Soft Bounce Segment
Noticed now that Bounce Type in Segmentation isn’t appearing anymore.
Would like to ask how Hard Bounce and Soft Bounce be segmented?

Hi @SNW – thanks for posting! When you’re setting up the segment you can then click the filter button and specify the bounce type. It should look like this:
