Having trouble with setting up tap to text on sign up form

IM new in klaviyo and I'm having issue at the sending region option while setting my SMS opt-in in the sign up forms.

You’re probably seeing this message as the tap to text feature might not be available for your location. The tap to text feature is only available for countries that have the SMS branded sender ID feature, which means the numbersis able to not only send SMS messages, but receive them as well.

This feature is only available for the following countries and sending numbers:
