HELP!!!!! Newbie...

Question

Hello! I’m new here and the platform is not user friendly for those that are not tech savvy. 😞. I’m trying my best to stick around, but have a couple of questions that I can’t seem to find in the guides.

I would like to add font to match my brand. I attempted the steps outlined but it is asking for a source (which is a website address). I’m not sure where to get that from. I downloaded the fonts to my computer.
I would like to upgrade but the page that shows my plan is not very clear on how to upgrade and what everything means.

I’m not a developer, so a lot of the guides and explanations are foreign to me. Can someone please assist? It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ​@TeaLady,For the billing question, once you're on your Plan page, click “Change Plan.” From there, you’ll see a section for your profile and email limits. Click the dropdown, and you'll find a note showing your current plan and what Klaviyo recommends.You can go with their suggestion or choose a different plan that better fits your needs. The first number represents how many profiles you have in Klaviyo, and the second is your monthly email send limit. The right plan depends on both how many profiles you have and how often you send emails.If you’re not sure how many profiles you have or how many sends you’ve used for the current cycle, go back to the previous Plan page and navigate to theOverview section. Scroll down a bit, and you’ll see the number of active profiles along with your current email usage for the billing cycle.If your business is seasonal, you can adjust your plan month to month. Just be sure to check your billing renewal date and make any changes before then to avoid being charged at the old rate.Hope that helps! Let me know if you need any additional help!-Rachel

Hey welcome aboard, totally get how confusing things can be at first... Happy to help.

First, since you downloaded the fonts to your computer, you will need to upload them somewhere online like Google drive, Dropbox, or your website's file manager... To get a source link 🔗 URL. The platform needs that link to pull in the font. Could you please let me know the platform you are using?

And the upgrade page can be confusing but usually, you will find a pricing or billing tab settings. Look for upgrade or change plan button.
