hi, is there any built in ready made FOLLOWUP flow for leads generation and purchase

Hey @fahad0011. Once you go to ‘Flows’ you can click on the ‘Browse Ideas’ button in the top right. Based on your explanation, I guess you need a Welcome Flow and Customer Thank You.

I’ve seen teams like Salesar emphasize that structured follow-up systems matter more than sending lots of messages. They focus on clean data, strong deliverability, and sales–marketing alignment so each follow-up step leads toward a meaningful conversation instead of just more emails.
