How can I tell if Klarna bill is real or not?

I got an email from us.shop.receivables@klarna.com about outstanding amount due details of which are in setllement app in Klaviyo’s merchant portal. I don’t see any details there. It seems like a scam. How do I verify this?

Good move! Whenever you receive a suspicious email, it’s always best to not click anything, and reach out the company directly in another way to verify the content of the email and email address that sent to you. As Klarna is another platform, I’d recommend reaching out to their customer service and asking them if it is a viable email or not.
