How come I do not receive the double opt in email?

I set up a “subscribe” page for an opt in, then it redirects to a fillout survey form. 

It does redirect just fine but..

 

The double opt in email never gets triggered or sent. 

I am unsure why that is or how to fix the issue. I checked my promotions folder, it’s not there either. Anyone know what could be going on?

Hi Codi,

There’s the first thing I’d check:

  1. In which list have you been subscribed? Is it the Newsletter one?
  2. Whatever list that is, enter it, then Settings > Consent
  3. Review the settings for Double or Single sign in.

  2. Whatever list that is, enter it, then Settings > Consent
  3. Review the settings for Double or Single sign in.
