How do I create a sign up/subscribe sign up page that lives on shopify

In this case, you would be looking to embed a Klaviyo sign-up form on to your website. A great place to start would be by reviewing this guide: How to embed a sign-up form on your website

After creating the form, you will copy your embed code from the Targeting & Behavior section, and paste this code on to your site:

Here is how to do this for Shopify. After, you can Publish your form, and it should become available on your desired web page. 

If contacts that sign-up via this form need to be added to a specific List in Klaviyo, you can set that directly in the Form settings in your account.
