+2Our customers receive our newsletter, and then they forward it on to other users. These users then want to sign up for the newsletter. We need to create a link in our campaign template to direct them to a sign up form – preferably managed within Klaviyo – that then adds them to the list / segment within the list.

I would create a landing page on your website with an embedded Klaviyo form and direct them to that. You can always submit hidden profiles if you want to add a profile property to people who sign up through that form so you know where they came from.
