How do I enable a sign-up form to capture a new user profile from a forwarded email campaign?

Our customers receive our newsletter, and then they forward it on to other users. These users then want to sign up for the newsletter. We need to create a link in our campaign template to direct them to a sign up form – preferably managed within Klaviyo – that then adds them to the list / segment within the list.

Any help?

I would create a landing page on your website with an embedded Klaviyo form and direct them to that. You can always submit hidden profiles if you want to add a profile property to people who sign up through that form so you know where they came from.
