+2Hello. I want to collect birthdays in my opt-in form. But somehow I don't see ‘birthday’ in the properties or in the list. How can I still collect the dates and still have the data correct in the customer profiles?

Thank you for being part of the Klaviyo community and for your questions.
Birthday is a custom property that has to be created by you. It’s not a “native” metric.
You can simply type it into the box as shown below… It says “Search or add new...” and it will prompt you to create it.

The only thing I would add to Alexandra’s comment is to make sure you’re recording the date correctly as YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY as Klaviyo requires a specific date format to be used for date-triggered flows, a.k.a birthday flows!
