I want to make a flow, for those of our customers (both B2B and B2C), whos has not made an order in for example three months, how do I do what?

Hey there!
You can make a Segment Triggered flow for this. Something like this segment:
Or if you want ALL subscribers who haven’t ordered after 3 months of being added to your account:
And then when you go to create your flow, you’ll select that segment from the drop-down after clicking Segment as your starting trigger!
Then anyone who meets the conditions in your segment will enter the flow you create.
