I’m using a spin wheel app on my Shopify store to collect emails and phone numbers.
Phone numbers are getting updated to profiles but without SMS consent, as the spin wheel app doesn’t have the option to opt in.
Is there a way to trigger an opt in message in Klaviyo after someone subscribes to my list?

Is the spin wheel a Typeform quiz? If so the Typeform integration does not natively collect SMS consent so despite adding SMS terms to the quiz, SMS is not being captured. As a workaround, other clients have used Zapier to collect SMS consent with Typeform. Here are some threads about using Zapier to send SMS consent that might be helpful!
It should be noted that using Zapier to collect SMS consent, would be custom work so we recommend working with a developer to implement and troubleshoot if you don’t feel tech savvy. You can also reach out to one of the many Klaviyo Partners or Community Champions, to assist you in further implementing one of these solutions!
