I need Urgent Help Which The Chat Nor Email Feature Is Providing.

Click on Support on the top right corner

Click on Live Chat

A popup will appear and you will have to type your question and then connect to chat representative

Please note that - you will only be able to connect to support if you have a paid Klaviyo account.
