How long does someone have to be on a product page for them to class as "Viewed Product"?
Just wondering as our Browse Abandon flow seems to be randomly triggered.

There isn’t a time on page to be eligible for viewed product. Providing the Klaviyo tracking javascript has fired, that event should be caputured immediately,
Caveat: tracking only occurs once the user’s device has been cookied (“identifiable browser”), say, after a form submit or they clicked a link in a Klaviyo email. Viewed product tracking also needs to be enabled: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005076767
Can you expand on “randomly triggered”
