Hello,

I am making segments of my E-Commerce store products and its categories, I made a segment where I chose a condition “What someone has done (or not done)” and then a filter of “viewed product in the last seven days”, then chose another filter where “category” “includes all of” “category name”. This went well. Now, I want people who saw any of the product from this category to be included in this segment. I used the same condition and filters just in the last filter I used where “Title” equals “product title” but the problem is that I can only select one product. Even I tried URL, itemid and other options but the results are same. Is there any solution available in klaviyo segments that I can use cluttered products names at once instead of picking and inserting them individually?

Hi @asadhasan93, welcome to the community!

So you can try using the “includes any of” by selecting the “List” type in your filter rule, and you should be able to select the Products (in this case, by the Names) as you want it to match for.

See here from a test account I have:

Here I can select any of the Product Names that I want to match for by checking one or more of the box.

Can you try to see if that works?

Thank You. I hope this will work. 😊
