How to Change the Email # in a flow

It’s probably one of those simple things but I just can’t find it. I rearranged the order of my emails in the flow, now i want them to be numbered sequentially again.

Email 1

Email 2

Email 3 and so on.

I can’t find where I can edit that info. I can edit the email name, but where do I edit that Email 1, Email 2, etc.
