how to design the "You've been subscribed" page

If this is for a specific List, you should be able to customize this here:

{Your List} → Subscribe & preferences pages → Subscribe Page → Success page

Just note, even though you’ve updated the List preference page, you may want to also update your catchall (general) for emails from Segments and Flows.  You can edit that here:

Lower Left Settings → Other → Consent Pages → Subscribe Page → Success page
