How to have a segment with ALL profiles?

Hello

All profiles 10,819

Active profiles 9,418

Suppressed profiles 1,401

How to create a segment to have ALL actives profiles 9,418 please? I tried many possibilities but maximum segment I go was 2000 profiles

Can someone assist ? (it is ecommerce store opened for 2 years)
