When you imported your reviews into Klaviyo, did the CSV file containing the reviews have a column containing the links to the images? If so, were these images on working, publicly available URLs? If the images weren’t in the file, or weren’t on working URLs, it would make sense that they wouldn’t upload into Klaviyo.
Additionally, after the upload occurred, and you reviewed the mapping of the fields in the CSV file, did each field, including the image field appear accurately mapped? It might be worth double checking the above, or also checking out our guide on how to import reviews from another platform. That being said, if you did already check for all this, we can take a closer look to determine why this is happening!

You're right — in the original CSV file, the photo column only included file names, not working public URLs. After your suggestion, I tested by updating a few entries with valid image links and re-uploaded the CSV. However, I received a "review duplicated" error. It seems these reviews were already imported into Klaviyo earlier (via Shopify sync), but without images.
Now I’d like to upload just the missing images for those existing reviews already in Klaviyo. What’s the best way to do that? Can I update existing reviews with new image URLs, or do I need to delete them first and re-upload fully with images?
Would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed correctly.

Jumping in here - I would suggest removing the imported reviews and re-importing them with the correct image URL so the platform doesn’t mistake your import for duplicates! Let us know if any issues arise during the import and we will be happy to further assist.
