Hi everyone,

We recently migrated our review system from another platform to Klaviyo Reviews, and we want to make sure that customers who already received review request emails before the transition don't get another one from Klaviyo.

Is there a way to remove or exclude certain orders from showing up in the Reviews > Orders tab so they don’t receive a second review request? We’re only looking to send requests to orders placed after we made the switch.

If direct removal isn’t possible, is there a recommended way to prevent specific past orders from entering the review request flow?

Hi ,

You can't remove orders from the Reviews>orders tab, but to avoid duplicate review requests, just add a flow filter to your klaviyo Reviews flow:

 

"Placed order> "Date"> is after your switch data 

 

This ensure only new orders get review emails.
