How to reply to SMS subscribers

I want to start SMS campaign so that the response from the customer goes to marketing cloud automatically & their marketing cloud team can revert back to the customers.

Can it be done if yes, how?

Hello @Nitin Sharma,

SMS replies from your customers can be responded to directly under the Conversation’s tab within Klaviyo.

For a different tool to be able to recognize those responses too, you’ll want to export the Send SMS event/metric via API. This way, you’re essentially exporting those responses to this other platform you’re using. I would suggest taking a look at our Export data from Klaviyo Developer Guide to learn more.
