+2I’d like to work out what the change in order value is between first-time purchasers and second time purchasers, what’s the best way of doing this? Does Klaviyo have a pre-built dashboard or metrics card or would I need to do this manually?

At this time, Klaviyo does not have any native dashboard that can yield this information, so the best route would probably be to calculate this manually from your e-commerce platform. That said, I will definitely forward this to our Product team for consideration for future releases!
