I didn't receive the verification code

I am changing from wix to shopify and when I start need to log in in klaviyo, the code didn’t apear in my email

Hey @Dan1mosan,I hope you've solved this issue and it was as @Taylor Tarpleymentioned.But since you mentioned moving this also means DNS changes and with that it could have been that you forgot to move your email DNS changes over to the new DNS Server (if you changed that as well). This means there are no records online to know which servers Klaviyo needs to send the email to. Hope this is not the case but worth checking out.
