Happy to provide some clarification regarding our billing process, and how to cancel.
Uninstalling the Klaviyo app from Shopify, or removing the Shopify integration from Klaviyo does not automatically cancel your plan - the reason for this is because you could, in theory, choose to continue sending emails/SMS to customers while no longer connected to your Ecommerce store.
To cancel, you’d want to follow these steps:
- Navigate to your billing tab
- Select “Cancel Plan.”
- Choose the plan you want to cancel, or select “Cancel all plans.”
- Continue, then choose the reason for your cancellation.
- Select when you’d like your plan to end.
- Enter your account name to confirm, click “Cancel Plan” and exit.
