Do you mean that you want to have confirmation emails sent to your users to confirm their list subscription after the initially sign up? Then I would ensure your lists are set to Double opt-in.
However, if you are talking about wanting to send a user back to your site if they click on an email they receive after they sign up and their subscription in confirmed, then I would check out creating a List-triggered flow, which will automate emails to those who sign up to your list, and you can embed your website’s link in a image or button block in your first flow email!
