hello,

I’m trying to implement a dedicated click tracking for my clients account. My client added the subdomain in his DNS and its pointing to trk.klaviyomail.com. I tried to go in Klaviyo to add the subdomain he used but I don’t see where to do it in the parameter section. Also, my client doesnt have access to the assistance with the subscription he has.

Could you please help me ?

Thanks a lot !

Hi there - Regardless if you do it automatically or manually, you will need to reach out to Klaviyo support for this to be set up. Free accounts typically have support access for 60 days.

After you've updated your DNS records, reach out to Klaviyo support from the relevant account to validate your records. Do you have access to any of these support options linked above?

Hi @zacfromson ,

Unfortunately, the 60 days support access has expired .. what is the process in this case ?

Thanks a lot for your help,
