Instagram link does not show popup

From your question, it appears that when you visit your Instagram page, and then click a link on Instagram to go to your website, a pop-up that should show up doesn’t do so. Is that correct? I’d recommend checking a few things to determine why this is happening:

1. Is the URL of the page you visit on your browser exactly the same as the URL that you’re sent to when you visit the page through Instagram? If not, you should check your form’s targeting settings to see if it’s set to only show on certain pages, or to not show on certain pages. If it’s set to show/hide itself on some pages, that might be the issue.
2. Did you already submit or close the form when viewing it on your browser? If so, you should check the form’s display/targeting settings to see if your form is set to hide itself after submit/closing for a certain number of days.
3. Finally, did you set your form to “Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles?” If your profile is already identified on the browser/device you visited your site from Instagram on, it would make sense that the form would hide itself from you.
