Integrations - Historical data not syncing

Hi folks,

I am new to using Klaviyo and trying to integrate it into our CRM, Salesforce. I followed the steps and the status is showing as “Enabled” so apparently it was integrated, however when I click on “Data” and try to sync it, it won’t start.

I had a theory that maybe it wasn’t syncing because it already completed the sync in the first place when I connected to the CRM however when I checked in the metrcis “Became a Lead” it showed that the last sync was a year ago.

Can someone please help me understand if there is anything I can do to fix this? Your help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi @Brittany!

How long ago did you initially connect Salesforce? Also, if you log out of klaviyo, clear your browser history/cache, and log back in, does the issue persist?

    Hi Brian!

Thank you for replying my query.

To be honest I am not completly sure, it only shows: “about 1 year ago at 5:57 AM”

And unfortunely I tried loging out of klaviyo, clear my browser cache/cookies, and log back in and the issue still persist.

Hey! I had a similar issue recently when my historical data would not pull in even after the integration showed as enabled. What worked for me was disconnecting the integration, then reconnecting and triggering the sync again, it often gets things moving. Another thing to check is if Klaviyo only started syncing the recent 90 days, older records can appear later. If you work with custom data sets or complex rules, tools like Skyvia can help fill that gap with reliable scheduled syncs.
