Yes. Just create your purchaser segment as below. You can also create segments for purchasers of specific products by adding a filter for ‘Items’

@TIME I'm just adding this here, as this is indeed the right way to get all profiles who did place an order. If you'd like to know which email subscribers (besides profiles) did place an order you would need to extend that segment with “Is subscribed to list” and select the mail list where you maintain your subscribe status/data.
